  • Minimum of more than 3 years of experience in Purchase/CSR/Inventory department
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of round tools and insert tools, including their applications and machining processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build relationships
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Using company software and Microsoft Office Excel, Other applications skills are preferred
  • Proficiency in English and local languages would be an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handling Purchases and Related Purchase Order Issuance and Shipment Management from Head Office, as well as from Branches in Korea, China, Europe, and the United States. This includes coordinating with FedEx for import-related communications
  • Unboxing and Racking Imported Items
  •  Proper handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in line with the company objectives and to meet the customers' inquires etc. with proper and timely response
  • Take the PO from the customers and issue the appropriate invoices properly and timely
  • Support the physical inventory check being led by logistics team as planned
  • Handle the ad hoc task at the request of management
  • Report the management on the daily sales status by issuing the invoices
  • Filling the invoice & DO based on invoice number daily basic
