Admin Cum Account Executive

Female/ Male (Chinese)

Age: 28-45

Location - Kota Damansara, P.J (MRT Surian)

Salary - RM 3000 - RM 4000

Responsibilities:

•Perform daily account transactions.

． Liaise closely with suppliers on payment related issues.

-SQL payroll/commission

-Daily operations of processing invoices.

-Maintain and manage the correct filling of accounting documents.

-Any temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

-Other general administrative support as required.

-Need to handle Do.Po. file management.

-Audit Tax

Requirements:

-SPM/above

-Self-discipline, initiative and optimism.

-Have a high sense of responsibility and patience in doing things.

-Have analytical skills, pay attention to details, and independently complete work processes on time.

-Have good communication skills, team spirit, and can cooperate with the team to complete the work.

-Able to be asked, able to withstand appropriate pressure, and complete tasks assigned by superiors.

-Able to be independent and complete work within an effective time

-More than 1-3 years of experience in relevant departments

-Required languages: Chinese, English, Malay

-Required skills: Basic computer operation/Microsoft Word/Excel/SQL

-Trustworthy, honest, good attitude, responsible, motivated and flexible.
