Summary:
The candidate will excel at creating and closing new opportunities by discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities:
- Able to achieve monthly/yearly sales quota.
- Researching new sales prospects and generating leads.
- To develop, retain, grow, and activate customers.
- Identify, and understand customers' needs and expectations including handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Manage customers' aging collections.
- Customer database engagement and maintenance.
- Strategic accounts planning.
- Prepare sales inquiries/quote, request for quotations (RFQ), and tenders’ submission.
