· 至少2-3年制造行业生产工作经验。At least 2-3 years working experiences in manufacturing factory.
· 良好的沟通和管理技能。Good communication and management skills.
· 所需语言：华语、国语、英语 Languages: Mandarin, Bahasa, English
· 能够在最少的监督下独立工作 able to work independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
职责/Responsibilities：
· 准备每天的生产流程和指导员工 Prepare Daily Production Schedule & monitor production staff
· 填写有关生产流程的文件需求 Check and fill in ISO & FSC System documents
· 通过分配职责和准备时间表来组织工作流程 Plan production schedule
· 确保机械的安全使用和安排定期维护 Machinery operation & maintenance
· 根据规格检查生产输出 (品管检查） Check production output follow standard (Quality Control)
