Job Title: Site Supervisor
We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects on site, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
- Fresh Grads which has a a Diploma/Degree in Building Management may choose to Apply also.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of overseeing successful projects from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other project management software.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site activities to ensure that they are completed in a timely, efficient, and safe manner.
- Coordinate and communicate with all relevant parties, including contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards, in accordance with design specifications, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that all work is completed within budget and on schedule.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop solutions to ensure that projects are completed successfully.
- Ensure that all safety and environmental regulations are followed, and that all workers are trained and equipped with the necessary safety equipment.
- Prepare progress reports, update project schedules, and attend meetings with project stakeholders as required.
