Job Scope and Responsibilities
- Manage all catering and daily operations within budget guidelines and to the highest standards
- Maintain excellent internal and external customer service levels
- Design unique menus, purchase merchandise and continually make necessary improvements
- Identify customer needs and proactively respond to all their concerns
- Lead the food and beverage team by attracting, recruiting, training and evaluating talent
- Establish goals, key performance indicators, timelines, policies and procedures
- Provide two-way communication and foster an atmosphere of ownership, emphasizing motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Management reporting on sales performance and productivity
