• Minimum Diploma in Automotive or any related field
• Candidates with experience is an added advantage
• Patient, problem solver, able to interact with all levels of people
• Willing to perform occasional overtime and standby duty after office hours & on weekends/public holidays as required
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
The Candidate will assist the Supervisor to provide an exceptional customer service experience by providing quality service repairs, installations and preventative maintenance for our customers which includes:
• Service and troubleshoot complained products from customers
• Assembly and testing of the product before delivery
• Installation of product at customers’ site
• Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
• Accountable for all tools and equipment usages issued by the Company
• Participate in all jobs related training to keep updated with solutions offered by Company
• Make occasional overseas trips for training/workshops and to provide technical support to other international Group of Companies as required
• Perform other duties as assigned.
