-Responsible for preparing sales quotations, purchase orders, document classification, archiving, and related follow-up tasks.
-Handle and assist in daily business transactions, including email, phone calls, customer service, and administrative duties.
-Manage Delivery Orders, Invoices, etc.
-Record and process documents from suppliers.
-Record and update product costs.
-Organize and maintain administrative files on a daily basis.
-Willing to undertake additional tasks assigned by management.
-Perform routine accounting assistant tasks, such as filling data into accounting software.
-Prepare monthly reports.
-Bookkeeping.
Salary up to RM1800-RM3000 (based on experience)
