Requirements:
1. Training will be provided , at least SPM level
2. Able to write & communicate well in Mandarin English and Malay
3. Candidate who can communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage as we need to communicate with the Chinese suppliers
4. Responsible and good working attitude
5. 5 ½ working days
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am-5.00pm
Saturday 8.00am-1.00pm

• Handling daily office administration
• Perform general administrative such as filing & controlling documents
• To liaise with local/overseas supplier, including product enquiry, processing of PO and make sure the goods delivery on time .
• Negotiable for the best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery and service) with suppliers.
• Prepare and key in PO / stock received /Purchase invoice in computer software
