RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the service team, including managing schedules, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and payment.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals for customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
