Mature, reliable, customer-oriented and friendly

Proficient in writing, Chinese, and English

Must be dressed neatly

Learning fast and able to adapt to changes

Have a friendly attitude with good interpersonal relations and communication skills

Must show initiative, activeness and willingness to learn

Able to work independently and have a good team spirit

Able to withstand pressure, multitask and follow company guidelines

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Basic knowledge of IT, social media, such as Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling incoming calls and telephone enquiries

Follow up and reply to whatapps messages and emails

Manage customer registration, update and save records

Schedule a client's appointment

Perform cashier duties

Assign product category

Check inventory

Sort, calculate, replenish product inventory

Assist the manager in inventory counting

Keep the storage room tidy

Process purchase orders and delivery notes

Working days: Monday to Friday

Time: 10am – 6pm

Salary: RM1,800 – RM2,500
