RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the development of e-commerce sites. (Lazada, Shopee & etc)
- Continue to monitor & develop e-commerce platform from time to time.
- Develop content, promotions and etc for e-commerce platform
- Planning & execution of quality and innovative content for social media, website & e-commerce platform.
- Responsible for graphic designs, video creativity and online marketing posting.
- Liaise with warehouse to arrange for daily orders & delivery.
- Responsible for handling customers’ feedback, comments, enquiries across e-commerce sites & company WhatsApp number.
