-More than 2 years experience in E-Cprmmerce will be added advantage
-Ability to Multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment.
-Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update social media content.
-Team player, aggressive, optimism, self-motivated and independent.
-Operational knowledge of website management and e-commerce usability techniques required for market research and analysis.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficient in other language such as Mandarin is preferable as the role required to deal with client from with Mandarin speaking clients and counterparts
~Responsible for customer service though phone call, walk-in and all social media platforms.
~Create and optimize contents for the websites and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Instagram.
~Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
~Identity new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly in mobile marketing.
