  • Minimum Education Level – Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance or higher
  • At least 2-3 year (s) of working experience in accounting and administration working environments.
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance and high degree of integrity.
  • Possess initiative and able to work under requested deadlines and should be result oriented.
  • Strong knowledge in Accounting Functions.
  • Able to manage full set of account, handle data entry for all accounting transaction including Account Receivable (AR), Account Payable (AP) and month end journal entry (GL).
  • Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records.
  • Perform all necessary account, bank and other reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial management report, ensure timely month end closing.
  • Maintain staff attendance record and up-to-date leave records.
  • Prepare and compile management reports, carry out variance analysis, responsible for status updates and presentations as and when required for internal and external reporting purpose.
  • Liaise with external parties such as Company Secretary, Tax Agents, GST Customs, Bankers, & Auditor.
  • Assist in record and filing all accounting documents and reports to ensure all documents are always well-organised.
  • Assist in day to day operations especially with administrative task.
