  • Minimum SPM or higher qualification.
  • 1-2 years experience in administrative environment.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin and English.
  • Must be able work nearby Bukit Bintang area.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Liaise with salesmen for all enquiries.
  • Data entry & updating database.
  • General duties such as documentation and filing, data entry, handle incoming emails and phone enquiries.
  • Maintain an up to date and accurate warranty claims ledger.
  • Submit timely and accurate warranty claims in line with the warranty policies and procedures.
  • Able to meet the warranty claim target set by the Principal.
  • Assess and submit warranty claims according to guidelines as set by the Principal.
  • Check all the warranty claim items problem from customer before accept for warranty claims.
  • Able to communicate to all team members on issues for customer satisfaction involving warranty matters.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
