Accounts Assistant
• Maintain full set of accounts/book-keeping including data entries, preparation of invoice, payment voucher, journal voucher, bank reconciliations and receipts using SQL accounting software.
• Monitor financial transactions;
• Perform initiation role in online banking for payments and banking activities.
• Monitor and issuance of claims and preparation of summary of receivables from client and other parties.
• Prepare quotation.
• Assist to prepare management account reports and analyze information detailing revenue,cost and expenses.
• Maintain proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
• Liaison with auditor, tax agent, banker, government agencies when required;
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of accounts to meet tax and accounting deadline including for SST.
• Human Resource (HR) duties – Prepare monthly payroll and employment related activities including monitoring staff attendance, assist in new recruitment.
• Administrative duties – Prepare contractor’s certificate of payment and other certificates.
• Perform any other duty assigned by management when required.

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Familiar with SQL Accounting software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Words, Access.
• Good communication skill, good working attitude and multi-tasking.
• Candidates with previous working experience in audit / accounting has an added advantage.
• Able to work closely with various department staffs.
• Able to commence work immediately / within a short period of notice would be an added advantage.
• Candidates who is proficient in spoken and written mandarin has an added advantage.
