SITE SUPERVISOR / SITE MANAGER 工地监工/工地经理
● Prefer individuals with age 25 to 46
● Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excels at interpersonal skills.
● Good written and verbal communication skills.
● Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
● Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, and conflict resolution.
● Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and optionally Mandarin.
● Willing to work on Sunday, Public Holiday, if needed
● Know basic computer (MS Word, Excel, Email)

● Plan, monitor and control daily works at the project site and project teams to successfully complete the project according to the quality standard and on-time delivery.
● Checking of materials in terms of quality and quantity and providing a prompt report of any discrepancies.
● Monitor the work progress by carrying out the joint site inspection with the sub-contractor to ensure works are properly done according to set standards and there are no delays.
● Checking all construction drawings and specifications, and report any discrepancies to the Project Manager/Construction Manager.
● Established and implemented work schedules and adjusted them to meet project deadlines by ensuring projects were delivered within scope, time, quality, and cost.
● Communicate project issues to relevant parties and resolve them promptly.
● Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; and complying with legal regulations.
● Perform any duty as and when required by the immediate superior.
