Account Executive
Job requirements:
1. Accounting diploma or degree or any professional accounting qualification.
2. This position requires at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
3. Knowledge of computer accounting system software and proficiency in MS Office.
4. Stay focused on meeting deadlines and goals.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Prepare invoice/debit note.
2. Assist in daily accounting tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
3. Process files in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable.
4. Perform reconciliation of accounts and other accounting functions.
5. Perform general accounting data entry work.
6. Assist in the preparation of payment vouchers and review payment details as required.
7. Ensure that accounting records and filings are properly maintained.
8. Prepare company financial statements and financial analysis for management decisions and management requirements. (Balance sheet, income statement, cash traffic, agency fees, etc.)
9. Ensure that all accounts and accounting practices comply with legal and/or general accounting principles.
