• Execute a full range of import and local procurement processes, including: procurement, negotiation, costing, supplier selection, issuing purchase orders, and driving suppliers to deliver on time
• Supervise daily product stock levels - manage on-hand item/stock data and prepare for stock statistics to be processed in the fastest possible time
• Responsible for processing supplier/PO accounts
• Responsible for the disposal of unqualified products found in procurement activities and routine problem handling
• Assist in following up on inventory matters including receiving and destroying items
• Follow up and monitor delivery dates of purchase orders to avoid interruptions to production schedules due to shortages or late deliveries
• Assist with monthly inventory checks, prepare inventory reports
• Assist in communicating with suppliers and follow up on all product related issues
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
