· Possess a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Advertising Media or any equivalent field of study.
· At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
· Able to analyze marketing data and plan for future forecast of the relevant market.
· A passion for event and an understanding of what makes a good marketing strategy.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Possess good communication skills to interact with all level of staff & customers with ability to multi-tasking.
· Good communications, interpersonal, leadership, organizational, budget planning, project management and time management skills.
· To source, plan, execute and coordinate a variety of marketing, promotion campaigns to enhance the traffic growth of the mall.
· Establish good relationship with tenants and initiate tactical promotions to enhance awareness and presence of tenants in the mall.
· Responsible in establishing proper documentations and adhering to the procedures of promotion area leasing.
· Manage all promotional activities, advertisement and event management.
· Research, contact and negotiate with various vendors needed for the event.
· Manage all pre-events, during events and post-events operations.
· Assist in identifying opportunities & potentials and recommend initiatives that will drive good traffic growth to the mall.
· Negotiate and execute contracts for large and small scale events.
· Develop new initiatives and seek new business opportunities to ensure target is achieved.
Position is based in Centerpoint Seremban Mall.
