REQUIREMENTS
We are in the print media industry providing finishing solutions in the digital printing arena as a technological world leader to today's SMART FACTORY. We are looking for a candidate for the above job title with the following job descriptions and requirements :-
- Preferably female
- Communication skills : Bahasa, English and Mandarin speaker
- IT knowledge requirement : Microsoft Word, Excels, Outlook and Autocount (training will be provided for this software)
- Friendly and able to work co-operatively with other colleagues
- To be able to work independently and resourceful
- Working hour : Monday-Friday 8.30 am-5.30 pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To support daily operation of spare parts and service for the company
- Will require to liase with our European spare parts center and spare parts logistic handling matters
- Coordinate with our technical support center in Germany and Switzerland and supporting enquiries from local customers particularly from their production personnel
- Assist the immediate superior to delicate service schedule to the technicians
- Coordinating with our Accounts Department for payments collections arrangements
