·      Positive attitude, with eagerness to learn

·      Previous working experience in customer service or related fields is an advantage but not essential

·      Good customer service

·      Good in Microsoft Word/Excel

·      Good in handling computer skills & social media savvy

.      English/Bahasa Malaysia speaking

RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Answering phone calls and emails, responding to customer questions and complaints

·      To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems

·      Assist Executive conducting Customer Satisfaction survey

·      Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction by providing professional customer support

·      Assist team sales targets and call handling quotas focusing on retaining existing customer for long term relationship and referral

·      Assist in update customer database with contact details and interest information form prospective customers

·      Assist in selling products and services to clients and processing payments

·      Performing Online Telemarketing

·      This position act as the front line and back-end support for clients and customers and help ensure that customers are satisfied with products & services.
