·   Minimum SPM or Diploma equivalent.

·   In charge of any jobs in relevant to Sales coordination, i.e. processing sales orders, sales invoices, delivery orders, goods returned or any other sales relevant tasks. 

·   To perform monthly stock check and provide reports on a timely manner 

·   Keeping up contact with company’s dealers for matters of pricing, goods deliveries & returns, payment collection, credit control and submitting weekly & monthly relevant reports to superior 

·   To ensure all debtors’ outstanding invoices are paid to us timely, and reconcile correctly. 

·   In charge of any jobs relevant to Purchase coordination, i.e. processing purchase orders 
to suppliers, checking details of the suppliers’ billing and any other procurement relevant tasks. 

·   To ensure that all creditors invoices are received and reconciled correctly for payment. 

·   To assist in monthly payroll processing and issues related to HR matters 

·   To manage Office stationaries & printing needs. 

·   Process employees’ claims, assist in travel arrangement of salesperson & managers 

·   Responsible for filling and documents 

·   To provide accounting and administration support to the accounting Department. 

·   Anticipate potential shortcomings & problems and suggest corrective actions 

·   To perform any other clerical duties as may be expected in a post of this level
