Job description
  • Responsibilities:

    • You will be liasing with customers on the company's product and services.
    • Handling customer complaints and basic problem solving functions.

    Requirements: 

    • Candidate must possess at least STPM, A-Levels, Pre-University or Certificate. Candidates with Diploma/Degree are also encouraged to apply. 
    • Good command in Mandarin in both writing and communication. 
    • Candidates who are Tech Savvy and who have good analytical skills are encouraged to apply. 
    • Extensive training will be provided.
