        *If didn’t received email from eClassified.my,

        • Please check if the registered email is correct.
        • Please check if the email have been classified as spam or junk mail.
      2. Phone Number Verification Register eClassified.my account with phone number, system will send verification code to the phone number

        *If didn’t received message,

        • Please check if the registered phone number is correct.
        • Please click “Get Code” to resend.

    • Where to search for Profile?

      • Step 1 - Login eClassified.my account.
      • Step 2 - Click on “My Account” > “Profile” to enter profile page.

      *Fill in all the personal data will help hiring company to get more info about you.

      *Profile can be edited at any time.

  • Upload Resume
    • Where to search for Profile?

      • Step 1 - Login eClassified.my account.
      • Step 2 - Click on “My Account” > “Profile” to enter profile page.

      *Fill in all the personal data will help hiring company to get more info about you.

      *Profile can be edited at any time.

  • Update Resume
    • How to upload a resume file?

      • Step 1 - Login to eClassified.my account.
      • Step 2 - Click on “My Account” > “Profile” to enter profile page.
      • Step 3 – Select the resume file you wish to upload.

      *Upload limited to PDF file only.

  • Change Email / Phone Number
    • How to update a resume file?

      • Step 1 – Login to eClassified.my account.
      • Step 2 - Click on “My Account” > “Profile” to enter profile page.
      • Step 3 - Select the resume file you wish to update.

      *System will show the latest uploaded resume file.

  • Reset Password
    • How to reset password?

      • Step 1 - Login to eClassified.my account.
      • Step 2 - Click on “My Account” > “Profile” to enter profile page.
      • Step 3 - Change the info on “Account Info”.
      • Step 4 - Fill in the current Password, New Password, Confirm Password.
      • Step 5 - Click “Save” to confirm change to new password.
  • Forgot Password
    • What to do if I forget the password?

      Click here to get verification code, reset password.

  • Delete Account
    • It is recommended to keep your eClassified.my account for future use.

      If you wish to delete your eClassified.my account, please give a reason and send it to eClassified.my official email account [email protected]

      *Once account is deleted, you will not be able to log into eClassified.my.
