Your primary role will be to look into assigned projects, asset and facility management responsibilities. You will also have a secondary role assisting in the Managing Director’s office, personal and confidential matters.
Responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:
Property and other asset management.
Undertake a variety of office administrative duties
Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Administration or equivalent.
You have minimum 5 years of working experience with good administration experience in facility, asset and property management duties.
Good systematic, organizational and planning skills.
Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle.
Versatility and strong communication skills in dealing with a wide range of people.
Ability to work flexi hours so as to suit the office requirements.
Mature with pleasant personality, self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work independently.
