Position: Senior Sales & Marketing

(can be home based but require to attend to office once a week)

Office Location: Techvalley Sendayan, Seremban, N. Sembilan

We are a growing company and visioning to be the leading provider of sustainable solutions in building materials supplies sector

Job Details & Responsibilities:

* Establishing and nurturing relationships with suppliers of building materials to secure reliable sources of products. Similarly, building relationships with buyers such as retail owners, contractors, developers to understand their needs and preferences.

* Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.

* Overseeing the execution of sales and marketing campaigns for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, addressing concerns, which may include coordinating with internal teams

* Managing client accounts, and monitoring client payment

Requirements:

* A bachelor's degree in business administration or sales & marketing.

* Significant experience in sales and marketing roles

* 5-10 years or more of progressive experience in related field – building materials

* Possess deep understanding of the industry – intermediary
