RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Logistic and Dispatch – Internal & External.
  • Chemicals routine orders – delivery and supply with transportation arrangement on time.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and easy retrieval.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences, injecting your creativity and attention to detail to make each event an unforgettable experience.
  • Managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Chemicals supply invoicing and delivery order preparation with transportation bill submission for payment.
  • Arrange business trip for company staff such as transportation and hotel booking.
  • To perform clerical duties in relating to chemicals sales records.
  • Company laboratory take charge of cleanliness and all the testing equipment in proper function and sufficient reagent supply for our inhouse testing purpose.
  • Company chemicals store in proper function such as clean, safety in place, poison license proper records & free from spillage of chemicals onto the floor and drainage into the outside main drain.
  • Company staff works knowledge improvement schedule training arrangement and hiring process.
  • Follow up on payment collection and on/off fundamental account entry work.
  • Training will be provided.
